Decent food for a decent price. The menu is relatively simple but it's sufficient and good quality. Still enough options to choose from and it tastes freshly prepared. The option to scan the QR code and order is a nice to have but I do like the personal interaction so in general I don't use the option. (Which is possible here) The orders are swiftly at the table and there is enough space inside and outside. Recently the entrance to the parking is changed but you see it a bit late when driving. If you order in, you're suppose to sit at a table, not order at the desk. There is a QR code on your table you need to scan to order with your phone. These represent a number of requirements that have to be met before you can order.

The website the QR codes link to are slow. I was told that this was a known issue and that they were working on it.

Eventually the order was made. Coffee was good. The chocolate cake had most of the chocolate located in the icing, less in the cake.

Gistermiddag op de terugreis naar huis ben ik even iets gaan drinken bij Hajé Wegestaurant, langs de A28 bij Nunspeet. Daarbij besloot ik ook nog iets kleins te bestellen, nl. een portie friet met mayo plus twee rundvleeskroketten. Het restaurant maakt een schone, verzorgde indruk. Schone, opgeruimde tafeltjes, schone stoelen en een schone vloer. De toiletten maken eveneens een schone indruk op mij. Je kunt er zelfs douchen. Er is een hele ruime parkeerplaats. Ik hoef niet lang op de grote cappuccino te wachten. Ook de portie friet en de rundvleeskroketten worden vrij vlot aan tafel gebracht. Ik heb deze combinatie wel eens eerder bij dit wegrestaurant besteld en ik heb de stellige indruk dat de portie friet en de kroketten deze keer kleiner zijn geworden, maar niet goedkoper. De friet en de kroketten smaken uitstekend, hoor. Laat dat heel duidelijk zijn. Ook de mosterd ontbreekt niet. Ik beēindig de sessie met een koffie verkeerd. Net als de cappuccino is deze qua smaak en presentatie absoluut niet verkeerd. In totaal moest ik EUR 21,05 afrekenen, wat ik best wel duur betaald vind voor datgene wat je krijgt. Het personeel is wel heel vriendelijk en attent.
