Pannekoeckenhuys Restaurant De Hannebroeck — Restaurant in Oosterhout

The service is extremely slow. No seat allocation at arrival and we were told to sit at a dirty table and wait for them to come clean in. It took 15 min before we we're approached for a drink order and it subsequently took 30 min before they came back to ask for our food order. When the food arrived we ordered another drink, but the server left our empty glasses on the table. Understandable as most server were teenage girls of an age between circa 15-17. We sat with empty glasses and plates for 45 min without being approached. We then decided to leave. Unfortunatly it seems the manager does not seem to care enough to focus on the service. The pancakes where ok nothing to write home about. The inside is cozy and in typical Dutch style. However I would not recommend...

Surrounded by a beautiful, green forest, this pancake restaurant is located next to a chalet park in De Hannebroeck estate. The building has a charming, cozy interior. Visitors have the choice of dining indoors or on the terrace. This family-friendly restaurant has a playground for children. There is ample parking space at the front of the restaurant. The menu lists a wide variety of pancakes - both sweet and savoury. Friendly staff, here guests can enjoy delicious pancakes, poffertjes, waffles, meat dishes and desserts. I really enjoyed their 'D'n Oosterhouter'...

Vandaag na een heerlijke herfst wandeling binnen gestapt bij het restaurant de HanneBroeck. De pannenkoeken zijn goed gebakken, en dik belegd. Wij hadden De Brabander De boswachter, Politie en de brandweer waarbij je een politie of brandweer helm krijgt. En pannekoek appel kaneel met ijs. Alle goed gemaakt en dik belegd. Mischien de boswachter wat te dik. Dat was dubbel gevouwen en volledig gevuld met ragout. Even over de ragout. Ik mis de ouderwets draadjes vlees ragout. Maar dat is meer smaak denk ik.

D koffie is oploskoffie en niet lekker. Hier zou winst behaald kunnen worden door heerlijk verse bonen koffie te serveren. De locatie is fantastisch natuurgebied, met veel wandel,fiets en speel mogelijk hedenaan grenzend een vakantie park. De speeltuin is ouderwets Brabants maar leuk. Veilig mischien niet zo. Tip voor de speeltuin verzin iets op de weg vooral de eerste vanuit restaurant gezien en zet het af. In de komende jaren zou je er goed aan doen om het te vernieuwen. Ik vind het verassend dat deze goed gelegen pannekoeken restaurant met zoveel potentie. Zo weinig open is. De afgelopen dagen was het koppen lopen in het bos. Met dit mooie weer. En wat doen mensen t liefst effe zitten en wat lunchen. Nog een plus de honden zijn ook binnen toegestaan. De tips; Verse bonen koffie, Speeltuin veiliger en makkelijk toegankelijk en...
