There are many wok restaurants like these around here, so there are good comparisons.
The staff was welcoming and nice at the entrance and they were all round if you had questions and they removed the empty plates quite quickly.
It was very crowded, and hallways could be quite narrow if there were large groups. For small children, there is a very small corner of toys, but children rather walk around the dessert area.
The food was good and usually I go for the unique dishes at the flattop. I found it funny that you could order gyoza at the grill, which usually it is kept somewhere in the steamer.
All around, it really had no bad things, but it wasn't special. But you could see the small space as cozy and it is all fine. Avoid the weekends if you don't like big crowds and especially make reservations as they do have limits.

The wok items are not exactly the best i ever had in Chinese restaurant in Europe , but it's a buffet place so i would rather let that slide.
The buffet options are really big for the money you pay. Even though it's a primarily asian (Chinese) cuisine , they try to cater to western pallette also , so you will see olives and stuff in tapas section , french fries in the starters section.
