Brasserie Alles Met Liefde — Restaurant in Purmerend

This restaurant is our favorite in the area. It is situated in the corner of an idyllic old square. It is beautifully decorated, elegant yet cozy. The food is wonderful, prepared by two chefs who are obviously passionate about food. They make dining here into an experience, with artfully decorated plates of wonderful flavors. We often eat lunch here, I highly recommend the salmon sandwich. The addition of green apple, among other things, is unexpected and very tasty. Yesterday we had dinner here, the 5 course chefs menu, a parade of fabulous flavors, both familiar and unexpected. A fantastic experience. Chef Mark even made changes to the cherry dessert, to incorporate suggestions we had previously made, making it absolute perfection, in my humble opinion. We will be coming back...

It was our anniversary and we wanted to treat our Dutch hosts to a night out. Our first choice was fully booked. Our hosts suggested this restaurant but told us that there were new owners. I can only say that the atmosphere was perfect. Not many people. This is an intimate venue. The service was flawless and the meals that the four of us enjoyed was of a very high quality. Yesterday evening we had dinner at “Brasserie Alles met Liefde”. This turned out to be an excellent experience. We selected the Chefs 4 course surprise menu. The food was in one word incredible. It is presented in a very attractive way and tasted awesome. The chef Sebastiaan really shows inspiration and passion which is reflected in the food. Furthermore the atmosphere and the friendly service contributed to the experience. A well deserved 5 stars. We will definitely come back....
