I am very upset about visiting this place yesterday with my daughter. Before that, it was one of my favorite places.

1. the menu contains a children's menu and there is no babychino (foamed milk, which many children love), I included it in the bill at a price of 3.1 euros! for the cost of cappuccino! Does 50 ml of foamed milk cost 3.1 euros? But it's not really about the price, but the fact that I wasn't even warned about it!
2. Next, you have a playground declared, but you can't take out food? my child wanted to play on the playground in such beautiful weather, to which we again received an indignant response from your employee.
3. We sat down at a table for two, I put another chair for my daughter's things (jackets and a backpack), and again I met the indignant tone of the employee that we were interfering with passability - although at that time there was only one more pair of visitors in the restaurant.

The receipt says baby ice cream, not dessert! It may seem to you that I'm being picky, but I wanted to spend a great time with my daughter in my favorite place and I only got a portion of negativity. Wat een ontzettend nare ervaring hebben wij zojuist gehad. Komen al meer dan 3 jaar bijna wekelijks lunchen bij de Jutter. Vandaag kwamen wij en helaas was er een favoriet waar wij eigenlijk voor komen van de kaart. Dat kan ! Je kan en mag je kaart natuurlijk aanpassen. Er was wel enige teleurstelling bij ons omdat we altijd voor deze lunch kwamen. Mijn vriend bestelde uiteindelijk het broodje warm vlees. Toen het broodje geserveerd werd zag mijn vriend meteen de dikke spekranden. Hij probeerde dit er vanaf te snijden maar na een hap van het broodje bleek het meer vet te bevatten. De ober zag het broodje staan en vroeg of het smaakte waarop mijn vriend zei; ik weet niet of dit normaal is maar het zit vol met vet. De ober gaf aan dat dit er normaal uitzag en vroeg of mijn vriend iets anders wilde. Naast het gerecht dat hij normaal nam stond er voor hem verder niks op de kaart. Wij vroegen de rekening en hebben nogmaals gezegd dat het jammer was dat het een broodje vol met vet zat. De ober zei dat hij het broodje had bekeken en hierover een andere mening had. Dus met andere woorden mijn vriend was dus aan het liegen? Tot mijn grote verbazing stond het broodje (waar geen hap van is genomen) gewoon op de rekening. Een tent waar je zolang komt zet een broodje van een vaste klant, wat niet gegeten is en wat niet lekker door de klant is bevonden, op de rekening. Jeetje wat onprofessioneel en on-klantvriendelijk is dat !! We verlieten de zaak waarop mijn vriend nog zei zeg maar tegen je collega dat ik niet aardig ben behandeld.
