New York Pizza — Restaurant in Rijswijk

I've already tried the pizza at the one in the Spui, as well as the one in Leyweg, both were great. Yesterday I stopped by this one in Prins Johan Friso Promenade, Rijswijk, and asked for a Gyros, after 15 min, I got it without a sauce. I asked where the sauce is? And the same person that gave it to me said, Het is op/ out of stock. I replied: And? I paid for it right? He says, it is 70 cent. I asked if I can get the 70 cent back since he didn't gave me the sauce and also didn't say anything about it (which is a stealing for me). He then said Yes l, but don't eat here. I ask why is that? He said, like that, don't eat here (He didn't like the fact that I found out about him robbing the 70 cent, because I'm pretty sure if it was me who still need 70 cent to be able to buy a pizza and that I would have asked them, if it was possible for me to get a pizza with not enough money they would just say NO. I turned my back to him, started eating, he started yelling HEEEEEY, I said don't eat here!!!! And then I heard a girl working there told him to let me do so. When I was leaving, I asked the girl when the manager would be there today, so I can meet him and report the incident, to my surprise, she said it's him the manager, Mr Thief who didn't liked me appointing the stealing, and started bullying me. If he really is the manager, he must be fired, and btw, their pizza was also trash compared to the one I ate at both New york pizzas I have previously mentionned! The picture I took shows how dirty the table was, they don't even bother take a minute or two to clean after...

Recently visited this place after me and friends saw their local offer for free 200 pizzas, first come first served. The poster on their site mentioned 2 PM when they start and 3 PM if you read their description. At arrival with my friend and about 6 other people over there, it seemed all closed. Strange advertisement of NYP, it turned out to be false. One man even slammed on the window with his hands cause he got angry. I'm not waiting 1 or 2 hours for a free pizza. May not even be correct or "eligible" when they open up. Opening time at this place is 4 PM. A big mess. Based on other reviews I wouldn't even consider ordering cold...

Forgot 2 sauces that I paid extra for, I asked the driver to be sure as I didn’t see them when he handed me the order and he assured me they were inside the boxes. I tipped the driver and he took off quickly. When I checked there were no sauces. I called and asked the restaurant for help. The guy on the phone was quite rude and said that they are busy so if I want the sauces it will be delivered very late even though I live max 5 minutes walking distance away from them. He gave no other solution.. I told him that I actually need the sauces with the food and he just hung up on me..

Won’t order from here anymore,...
