Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rotterdam

The employees were not friendly at all. I had driven 2.5 hours and needed to use the restroom badly. Even though I was ordering 7 pizza's and drinks, they would not let me use a restroom.

Then when ordering, we repeated the order twice, but they still forgot a pizza which was only noticed later because they would not give me a receipt as the receipt paper was out.

Then when the order was done, they did not call it out and we had to ask for ourselves because we saw the stack. They then also forgot a milkshake that we had ordered. Lastly the forgotten pizza would be made "immediately", however that took quite a while.

Overall not a good experience. However, the pizzas themselves had a good amount of toppings and...

My order came 1 hour late I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pulled pork sandwich! And is ridiculous because the sandwich came without pull pork !! Cames only with cheese , paprika and sauce! Lekkere pizza's (twee large) besteld om af te halen. Smaak en beleg zijn heerlijk, ga zo door!

Enige minpuntje op de pizza's zelf was dat ze niet netjes gesneden waren in ongeveer gelijke stukken, ze waren ook niet helemaal doorgesneden (iets harder drukken tijdens het snijden boys), nu moest ik zelf alsnog de meeste stukken snijden.

Het programma om te tracken hoe het met de pizza's gaat lijkt ideaal, maar is het niet helemaal. Tussen bepaalde stappen zag ik geen voortgang.

De medewerkers zijn denk ik allemaal jongeren/studenten/scholieren die dit als bijbaantje hebben. Ze doen hun best en kunnen lekkere pizza's maken, maar het ontbreekt wel echt aan klantenservice.

Tip voor deze locatiemanager: Al heb je maar 1 medewerker rondlopen die zich echt bezig houdt met goed direct klantcontact, dan zou dat al schelen. Een extra cursusdag klantvriendelijkheid vanuit Dominos zou ik wel aanraden, in de baas z'n...
