We picked this restaurant because we had to try a place that has so many 5 star reviews. So now I will add another. There is no menu. You know you are getting a 5 course meal but don’t know what you will be eating until each dish arrives, with detailed explanation. I love the concept! And while some dishes worked better than others, overall it was all exceptional and delicious. As good as the food, or maybe better, is the ambiance and service. We hebben onze bruiloft bij Brugman gevierd en het was een enorm succes!

Vanaf onze 1e kennismaking hadden we een leuke klik met eigenaar Jurgen en hij maakte het organiseren van het diner erg makkelijk voor ons. Mijn bruid had een bepaalde visie bij de tafeldekking en sfeer, Judith hielp hier enorm in mee zowel in de voorbereiding als de definitieve decoratie op de dag zelf. We hebben uiteindelijk onze gasten de keuze gegeven uit vis of vegetarisch en de rest was een verrassing. Its (ik hoop dat ik zijn naam goed schrijf) is een enorm getalenteerde en creatieve chef kok en we hebben alleen maar lof ontvangen voor het eten. De service was top, bij elke gang vertelde Jurgen wat we aten en hij heeft mooie wijnen uitgezocht die we op tafel in flessen hadden staan.
