Bella Vita — Restaurant in Simpelveld

Ordered take out while visiting a friend and his family (so didn't get to experience the service or atmosphere). The food was phenomenal! The best pizza I had while visiting the Netherlands, including having had the same pizza at Amsterdam's oldest Italian restaurant! The crust was perfectly crispy/doughy at the same time with those little variations on flavor like you get from a wood fired pizza! Would love just a little more basil on the Margherita pizza though, it was so fresh...

They gave us a carpaccio with loads of salt on it especially on one side of the plate. I couldn’t eat it and made the complaint. They have said that they can make a new one as a replacement. At least that’s how we understood it but they have charged us for two carpaccios and said arrogantly it’s not...
