Really love this hotel. Been there many times. It's not the best of the best, but it's charm and employee friendliness compensates for that.

The location of the building is really great. Next to a charming church, park and village square. Restaurant at ground floor which is also really good.

The rooms may look outdated for some. But the mattress and pillow are great. What some may not like is a lack of airco and the proximity of a church of which the bell tolls every half an hour. Ear plugs are provided though for that.

Bath room could be seen as outdated by some. But what's more important: it's clean. Which is much more relevant to me.

Did not test the Internet. 5G on the KPN network is great.

Breakfast is basic but good. What is really appreciated is the good fruit. No canned fruit, but fresh. That's the way it should be.

We have stayed here numerous times over the past 10 years. It is amazing to see the improvements made during this time frame. They have updated the place where the full continental breakfast is served. The breakfast choices are many and there are also many beverage options. They have improved the WIFI and upgraded the menu in the restaurant. I mentioned these changes, because it raises my rating for the hotel/restaurant from a four to a five star. What is always consistent here is the excellent, friendly owners and staff. They are willing to do what it takes to meet your needs.
