Burger King — Restaurant in Son en Breugel

I don’t usually lose time to write this reviews but this case is an exception. I went around 3 times to this establishment and all of them just kept getting worse and worse. The waiting time is so much bigger than what’s expected (busy or not busy) and that’s a waiting time that it’s impossible to understand because they still give you cold not fresh fries and get your order wrong. Today I went there and besides me there was literally only 2 more people. The waiting time was, minimum 15 minutes (that’s a lot for a fast food restaurant where there’s only 2 more people waiting), the bacon/cheddar fries came with only the minimum of cheddar and bacon possible, all glued and cold. About the burger, I got the wrong one and unfortunately only noticed once I got home, even with only 3 orders they were able to mistake a X-tra long chilli cheese for a long chicken, which is like half the sandwich I payed for and I had payed extra for bacon in the sandwich also… it’s a big shame to get home and see all of this. They don’t read the orders at all, asked for take away and they gave it in a board… never...

This franchise is not up to the Burger King standard at all, here's why:

Speed of service is very dependent on how many employees they have at that moment, can be a few minutes, can be half an hour, mostly it's half an hour.

They decide to open or close on different times then their opening hours on a frequent basis. I work at a company in the Science Park and have had multiple occasions this year that I stood before a closed door.. today was one of them

They don't adjust their hours in their own app or on google, you get the news with a paper taped to their front door, if you are not dutch speaking like me then good luck with that too :p

Their food is okay, not as fresh and hot as you get at a city centre but okay for a less big franchise.

Today we wanted to order burgers with our whole team but had to get some "belegde broodjes" afterwards instead. Always disappointing to set all of this up and then see that paper...

Been going there for the past four years as I work nearby. Used to be nice but the past two years it's the worst bk I've ever been in the whole world, even worse than brazillian bk's. Orders are missing stuff so often that I started checking the bags immediately as I receive them, most employees are always new with no training, the older employees are extremely rude, often the food tastes bad, like stale bread, old burguers, fries that have been re-fried and are so salty it hurts your tongue and you have no choice but to throw it away, cold or sloppy sandwiches too. Also they're always short staffed so they close early/open late many times, and when they're running, it's either only via drive-thru or only via counter. It seems like there's no management, I stopped eating there last month after getting another cold burguer that was angrily put together and the cola...
