V.O.F. 't Mingelmouse — Restaurant in Stadskanaal

Small local pub with a great ambiance. The bar was updated not too long ago to bring the establishment back into the 21st century, and they did a great job. The original atmosphere wasn't really impacted much, and generally the bar seems more "open" now.

Staffmembers carry around a great smile, and are helpfull, even during peak hours. It can get crowded in here on friday and saturday nights, so prepare to do the sideways shuffle quite a lot.

The amount of toilets is questionable, especially when the bar (as well as the people) get filled up.

Has a pool table, and a dart board to use during less busy times. The pool table sometimes gets converted to table or gets removed in case there's a live act playing that evening. Yeah, they have live acts. Check their Facebook profile for any events.

During the summer, there's two outdoor areas, one right in front of the café, and one within 30 meters of the front door. Both areas offer shelter for the rain, allthough the latter area is usually only opened...

It is the bar to start at in the evening. Nothing fancy, just a great place to meet up...
