Starbucks — Restaurant in Staphorst

First be aware you can reach them only by car Ordered food via too good to go app, but it was not specified that you should come only by car. When I called Starbucks to ask how can i get my order, they said only by car and when i asked how can I get my money back they hung up. I called them several times, they were not replying, when they were picking up the phone, by hearing my voice they were hunging up on me again and again. Then they started canceling my calls just by seeing my number instead of replying once and answering the questions. If possible or not to get money back , just a simple answer yes or no. I'm not a conflict person, but hunging up on me was so disrespectful to a customer. At least when i called 15th time they picked up and another woman helped me and answered my question. Just for her i would put 5 poins. But to other stuff i wish i could give 0....

This Starbucks is located in a service area in the middle of the road, so not the typical place where you'd come with your laptop to work while having a coffee. There are very few outdoor seating (although not a pleasant area to sit, traffic, noise...).
