The worst Starbucks brunch, I have ever been to.. the cashier was making fun of me because I ordered my drink small size!!!! I mean I know u want to Increase the income . But he didn’t need to making fun of us so we can take the large size. Plus the I ordered a mango dragon fruit drink .. and it was literally flavored water!! So bad ..as will as the slated caramel was awful. The place was soooo dirty tables and floor.

How on earth is Starbucks popular in Holland!? There were three employees doing nothing whilst a 4th struggled behind the till with a challenging customer. I stood at the next open till for a while then asked if it was open and was told no. So I went and got a coffee at Shell. Came back past Starbucks to find both tills open. What a joke. Used their terrace though. Nice in the sunshine.

Ik ben hier bijna elke week. Laatste tijd gaat de service alleen maar slechter. Vandaag ben ik weer hier geweest ( 14-6-2025 om 9:12 uur) had ik 2 koffie latte besteld en 1 citroencake,2 keer Bananenbrood daarna heb ik gevraagd om iedere cakes aparte zak doen maar de medewerker snapt er niks niet van. Na 5 minuten heb ik mijn naam gehoord dat koffie klaar is, koffie opgehaald en weggelopen en weggereden. Daarna heb ik aan de koffie gedronken maar mijn koffie smaakt heel raar: water met kaneel en helemaal geen koffie ...GVD.... ik was heel boos het was heel slordig van de medewerker achter de kassa... als je bestelling niet goed begrepen hebt of niet goed gehoord hebt, waarom heb je niet gevraagd?! Zoiets kan je toch niet doen . De medewerker achter de kassa leek geen zin te hebben om te werken, heel sloom en niet klantenvriendelijk. Hij zegt ook geen bedankt, alstublieft, gewoon niks... het was onaangenaam.. na dit bericht zal ik hier niet meer terug komen. Het is klaar.

As if Starbuck dont give a damn... all places world wide besides USA, i have been visiting just to get myself Wrong. But No.

Dear Starbucks Customer Service,

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding my recent visit to one of your establishments. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed the ambiance and quality of your products, but my recent experience has left me feeling unsatisfied and disheartened.

During my visit to the Starbucks location at [insert location/address], I encountered several issues that I believe are essential to address for the benefit of both customers and the reputation of your brand.

Unclean Tables: Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed that the tables were in a deplorable state. They were sticky and covered with crumbs and stains from previous customers. It was evident that no effort had been made to clean or maintain the dining area.

Lack of Service After Payment: The absence of any service or assistance after making my payment was highly disappointing. There were no employees available to provide support or address any concerns. As a customer, I expect a minimum level of service and attention, especially during peak hours.

Neglected Garbage Bins: Another glaring issue was the overflowing garbage bins throughout the store. It seemed like they had not been emptied for quite some time, resulting in an unpleasant and unhygienic atmosphere. The sight and smell of the accumulated waste were extremely off-putting and not in line with the standards I expect from Starbucks.

As a customer who values cleanliness, efficient service, and a pleasant environment, I believe these issues should not be taken lightly. Such experiences can severely impact your loyal customers' perception of your brand and deter potential new customers from choosing Starbucks.

To rectify these problems, I suggest implementing the following measures:

Increase the frequency of table cleaning and ensure staff members are regularly attending to the dining area. Assign employees to assist customers after their payment to address any concerns or needs. Implement a stricter schedule for garbage collection to maintain a clean and inviting environment. I sincerely hope that Starbucks takes these matters seriously and takes immediate action to improve the overall customer experience. I am confident that with proper attention to these concerns, Starbucks can continue to be the premier coffeehouse chain that many of us have come to love.

We just a very bad experience in this Starbucks!! Terrible service and the attitude of the people is very bad. Firstly, they made me wait for almost 10m as the waitress was not bothered and then when reminded by her manager, she came up very lackadaisically and took my order.

I should have expected the next goof-up given the poor service but they gave me Cafe Latte when I requested Chai Latte. When I asked if it was oatmilk, the lady replied in Dutch and I had to ask twice more before I got a clear response.

Finally, took the Chai Latte out and to our horror, the milk was spoilt and sour!!! When we went back to check and requested a new one, the "Manager" told us they don't have any other milk - Now, that's a surprise at a Starbucks.

Finally, I asked her for her name so I can raise a complaint and she told me she can't tell me for privacy reasons. Well, then don't work in public service job or create an alias for the role. Anyway, the person with the most attitude was the Manager and therefore the poor quality of service is not surprising!!!

Starbucks, you really need to make sure the people who run your outlets are of a better quality. Also, please enable a more fool-proof complaint mechanism. When I asked how I can record my complaint, I was asked to do it on Google.

Very poor experience and not one we expect from Starbucks. In fact we have been here many times before and this is the first time we have had such a nasty experience. I sincerely wish they would...
