Visited the Heartbreak Hotel on Terschelling and was immediately impressed by its Elvis-themed ambiance and rock and roll spirit. The staff was welcoming, and the menu diverse. I had a customized double hamburger, served uniquely without buns but with an inventive presentation, featuring a ceramic cup filled with salad, topped with the burgers, cheddar, and bacon. It was not only a feast for the eyes but delicious too, with the portion size being excellent. A must-visit for both Rock and Roll fans and anyone looking for a memorable meal experience.

Great beach club. Plenty of good food on menu and icecreams for the kids. There is a lot of space to enjoy drinks and food inside or outside on the terrace (fenced with glass windshields). The staff is really nice and friendly. On our last night on Terschelling we went here and by accident they charged us 30 euro more than the original bill was. We only found out when we had left. Later when we called them, they transferred the money back to our account without any trouble. Great service.

Nestled on the edge of Dutch island Ter Schelling, Heartbreak Hotel Cafe Restaurant promises a hunka hunka burnin' love for all things Elvis, but alas, it leaves much to be desired. While the concept is as sweet as a suspicious mind, the reality falls a bit flat, feeling more like a bad impersonation than the real deal. The menu, inspired by the King's favorites, ends up being a one-night stand rather than a love me tender affair, with flavors that leave you singing "Are You Lonesome Tonight?" The staff, all shook up in their Elvis getups, sometimes feel like they're trapped in a jailhouse rock of their own making. And while the view of the beach might make you want to shout "Hound Dog," it's not enough to make up for the experience. So, before you find yourself crying in the chapel, think twice about checking into Heartbreak Hotel Cafe Restaurant—it might just leave you singing the blues. I do have to give them bonus points for the bathroom tiles and deduct some for the sexist coloring prints for kids. And for the love of God, don’t mix your mayonaise with your mustard when serving fried food—even Elvis would disapprove

Nice place in a splendid location, especially at sunset time. The staff is friendly and super fast. My only complaint is about the burgers which are not made from 100% beef but a (not disclosed) mixture of beef and pork. The The menu also doesn't mention this fact. They taste alright, but still I was a little disappointed.

Nice place to chill after a long walk on the beach or after a nice bike on the island. Good and nice staff. They have a nice and variated food and drink menu. You can also get their easily by bike and car. Free parking for both cars and bikes are available only 5min walk from the dinner.

Been coming here for a long time, but this was the first time I tried their burger. Ordered the double and it turned out HUGE! Very tasty. The ambiance has gone down a bit over the years, it's more like a generic beach restaurant now. I miss the pink Cadillac on the roof.
