Santa Maria — Restaurant in Teylingen

On 11.11.2021 my wife ordered from your pizzeria 3 pizzas through Thuisbezorgd.nl delivery system (order number is: WXYXBX).

The [Pizza Carini] Pizza Prosciutto with Champignons was totaly burnd and was not eatable. The edges, down side and even the top side were all burnt. There were even big pcs of charcoal inside the pizza. All these you can see on the attached photos. You should really take a close look at the photos!"

After sendimg the reclamation to Thuisbezorgd.nl immediately after delivery they informed us, that you do not want to comunicate with them to return the payment wich was made through PayPal.

My understanding is, that you do not care what quality of the food you sell to your customers, so I am asking myself and the wide public; "Is the Pizzeria/grill bar Santa Maria a restaurant which management thinks, that people will eat black burnt pizzas with charcoal in them and be happy, that they payid for them?"

This is certainly not how you should do...

We ordered the Santa Maria Pizza and the Buffalo Pizza—both were delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the flavors were fantastic. However, I think the Buffalo Pizza might have been missing the Buffalo Mozzarella as expected.

The service was quick, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend trying...

Wat een vreselijke ervaring was dit. We bestelden 2 cola en kregen de meest vieze glazen ooit, waarin een blikje deels werd ingeschonken. Beide besloten we maar uit het blikje verder te drinken. Het bestek was nog voorzien van etensresten van de vorige bezoekers. Personeel liep elkaar alleen maar af te kafferen. Discussies over de te rijden routes, of de kip in de magnetron kon etc. De pizza was oké, niet bijzonder maar oké. De lasagne leek op soep, meer dan 4 happen heb ik niet genomen. De vloer was vuil, de hele Entourage ook… ohja, de menukaart, ze zaten aan elkaar gekleefd, dus we hadden er genoeg. 100%...
