Mevlana restaurant & pizzeria — Restaurant in The Hague

Called for 3 pizzas today. Received 1 with the wrong order which didn’t matter matter since we are fasting and hungry. Shockingly the pizza received was warmed up and burned and absolutely not eadable to the max. Called to complain about the orders and the employee on the phone was rude and screamed. You want both: BAD FOOD and BAD SERVICE, just got to MEVLANA.

I was a loyal customer of this restaurant for a year, as I'm living singly and am lazy enough not to cook at home! :)) It's actually a big one, with take-away, delivery and sitting options all separated in various but adjacent places. The food was always too hot and spicy, despite telling them not to put pepper in it - due to allergy concerns, and they never listened! Also the last thing which happened and was catastrophic was their misbehavior, when I ordered a Kebab-meal at the take-away shop, and the retarded guy didn't even send my order to the kitchen!! I was waiting for 45 minutes when another personnel came and excused their neglect! But it was too late, got my money back and never went there again! Not...

I was so hungry that I ignored the bad reviews for the place as I saw they said they would bring the order in 30 min. It was a mistake that I hope nobody else has to suffer through. It was such a waste of money when there are so many better options out there. And on top of that, almost an hour wait.

We ordered an one and a half meter pide they only had 6 pieces of meat on it and it was lukewarm when it arrived and not fresh. Soft and chewy. And the pizza, well it was such a disappointment.

Save your money for something...
