McDonald's — Restaurant in Tilburg

Burgers and fries very cold. 🤬🤬My wife and I placed a large order and everything was done casually. an employee of the restaurant closed the main door so that customers would not come in even though it was 21:40 and the restaurant is open until 1 am. McDonald's employees laugh and have fun instead of focusing on work. The room is dirty, no one cleans it. Customers come to the main door, which is closed, and employees laugh. My wife and I were disappointed and I am very angry for bad and cold food. After eating some of the food we ordered, we began to feel sick. The burgers may have been sitting for a long time, that's why this effect. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! DON'T COME IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY ON COLD FOOD AND DIRTY IN THE ROOM...

What can I say, it's everything you would expect for a McDonald's. I can say in all the times we go that every time we order a hot meal with ice cream using the drive thru is that they give you the ice cream before your food is ready and ask you to wait. I find this very stupid as you want to eat your meal first and by the time they bring it your ice cream is half melted already. Also on a plus side they did forget one time something and we called to let them know and they sent by post a voucher for a free MCmenu so...

Perfectly decent McDonalds, much like any other McDonalds. Good parking; quick, consistent food. One thing for British visitors to watch out for is that on the continent they seem to want to charge for tomato ketchup etc, which in the UK we get for free. For this reason they get four stars rather than five. Make the ketchup be included and I will upgrade the review to five stars.
