Rebel.bbq — Restaurant in Tilburg

I'm originally from USA (Philadelphia, PA) and I always try places when they say they are like "american" Cuisine.

Tonight, I had the spicy ribs menu, my son had the sweet ribs and my wife had the pulled pork Wrap My menu came with potato and corn on the cob, both off the grill. All I can say about it, this is as close to a carolina type of BBQ resturant you will EVER taste from here in the Netherlands. The Ribs were INCREDIBLE, fall off the bone tender. The potato was tasty and hot and the corn on the cob hit all the right mark as well.

My Son loved his sweet ribs and my wife , who's a very picky eater, LOVED her pulled pork wrap.

When we ordered yesterday, we were bummed out they were sold out of the Moink Balls, chicken and pecan pie, but next time we order, we'll be sure to include that.

Vandaag mijn prijs van de winactie bij Rebel.bbq opgehaald in Kaatsheuvel. De terugrit was hels......die geuren!😋 Nou die hebben het waargemaakt! Wat een feest!! De spareribs op zichzelf al goddelijk ( vlees viel zo van het bot) maar in combinatie met de huisgemaakte bbq saus van Bart de Rooij helemaal!!! Heerlijke rooksmaak! De term fingerlicking good was wat misplaatst want je hebt echt geen vinger meer na afloop!! Ook de kipvleugels en moinckballs waren heerlijk. Dit alles met de maiskolf en koolsalade als afmakers! De pecan pie als toetje maakte het feest compleet......echt subliem! Bart je hebt jezelf...

Bizar goed! Vriendin en ik bbq'en bijna wekelijks en waren al maanden op zoek naar een brisket. Bij Rebel uitgekomen na een korte Google search en man wat waren wij positief verrast! Ribs waren zo mals dat ze van het bot vallen! En niet volgesmeerd met een saus die alles overheersen. Echt een vakmeester bezig hier! Brisket was ook onmogelijk lekker, goed gerookt en wat een smaak! Wees overigens niet bang voor de spicy ribs met carolina reaper saus ze zijn niet onmogelijk heet. Kortom...
