To be avoided as they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction at all, as you can read in quite a few reviews here. We as well had a very unpleasant experience at this place. Instead of ‘Fine’, ‘Rough’ would be a more appropriate name. We ordered a vol-au-vent (named videe on their menu) but unfortunately we had to wait more than half an hour after our starters because a new waitress didn’t pass the order. This is forgivable as such, but there were only about 5 tables and we were clearly waiting with an empty table for a long time, and nobody of the 4 staff seemed to care or question that. So clearly an issue with following up on their customers and service in general. Then, when we were off course bothered by the lack of attendance and we raised the issue, suddenly the food arrived after just 2 minutes, which is suspiciously fast. Indeed, these dishes lacked quality and authenticity due to the messy presentation, minimal quantity of chicken and artificially flavored sauce. Salad was not very fresh either. So OK, not making you smile at all and overpriced compared to the poor quality. But when they asked for feedback, I was fully transparent and gave them all the details about what could be improved. The waitress reacted badly to this and started saying we were impolite, apparently because we asked how long it would take for our food to arrive. Her behavior was rude and to be honest quite trashy, totally unacceptable towards restaurant customers. The location and the view of this restaurant are wonderful so it is really a shame that they are not able to deliver the basic quality and level of service expected of any restaurant, especially if you proflile yourself as a ‘refined’ place! You come in, with a small child, and wait for almost an hour to get your food. You desperately try to catch the attention of one of the 3 servers. One sees you, you ask where is your food, she say she is going to ask the kitchen and never comes back. Later one comes back to say she didn’t place your order and that she is sorry it is her first day.

The order comes back later. We had ordered two dishes of chicken. There was almost no chicken, it feels like one plate made to look like two portions, a salad that is clearly not fresh (brown and mushy). I think they didn’t have enough left and because we had to wait so long they were embarrassed to say.

When you try to eat suddenly all servers come and ask you how it is going, in a very fakely-polite tone, you can’t have one bite without one asking how it is.

If we had not asked about our food I don’t know how long they would have kept ignoring us. All them three, while we were sitting in the middle of the way to the terrace with a 4 year old kid.

And then as you leave the one that never came back asks you how it was, you explain after having paid (very expensive by the way) and she says you where rude when you asked about your food (while claiming she went to check on your order but never came back) and then continues to insult you, while the one who forgot to place your order listen next to her and laughs. As the rest of the staff gathers around. Shameful display of disgusting behavior. Harassing a client who paid for something clearly not up to standard.

I never expected much of the service because it was wrong the entire time we were there, but I didn’t expect being insulted on my way out.

Highly overpriced, like in high end restaurant but there’s not much value for money. The food was average, too many dishes were deep fried (kibbeling with a fancy name :), overpriced and the portions were of bites size. What was the worse was the service - arrogant, unfriendly and not really experienced. The comfort was also not optimal - the tables are small with too many accessories on them (candle, vase, box for salt, olive oil, bread board…) and the serving plates quite big, which all together took all the space and felt not so cosy.
