It's kind of in the middle of no where! But it is worth the trip. Great service, excellent food and perfect execution. They have only been open for a short time but they are definitely heading for a michelin star in the future, so try it now before the prices go up. From my experience this looks like it could even be worth a 2 star. We had the 5 course set. It came with 5 additional appetisers, bread, pre-dessert and fresh baked madelines at the end. Water was also charged per person rather then by the bottle. Meal took 3 hours but the dishes came out at very regular intervals so there were no long lulls and it didn't feel like it was a long or slow meal. I found every dish to be expertly put together and the flavours melded very well and were interesting. Presentation was immaculate. Some personal observations. In the bar area they have some very pretty designer tables but they are impractically low! It means the guest has to bend over and pretty much reach down to knee height to pick up their drinks. It also means the server has to bend over and kneel down to place the glass on the table, probably not great for your staff. The sauce in the second part of the Deer dish with the shaved pears, pecan and rum raisins was a little too salty. I understand that the pear was there to cut through some of the saltiness but I think that dish need more of a sharper flavour then just the sweetness of the pear. The part of the meal I think that could be tweaked is your pre-dessert and main dessert. I usually expect a pre-dessert to be a form of palate cleanser but the foam, nuts and berries was actually quite sweet and creamy. That in itself is not a problem but the following main dessert was a very light and fresh peach dish, ponzu, yoghurt and chocolate I feel that having a sweet and creamy pre-dessert followed by a lighter fresher dessert results in a reduction of the overall flavour of that dish. It's a case of eating something sour before sweet, result in the sense of sweetness increasing. Vice versa to eat something sweet then something sour, increases the sense of the sourness. Because the pre-dessert has a stronger flavour it overwhelmed the main dessert. Also just a suggestion for the sugar art on the main dessert consider using cotton candy. Anyway the meal was excellent keep up the good work and I look forward to returning in the future.

Brilliant evening out. Expectations were high, but boy they were met! Ayala is a great choice as a house champagne, so that helps. You get plentiful amuses, all super high in flavor! The wild sea bass tartar was a bit on the safe side, but from there it was just spectacular! Langoustine with pork belly and basil was hands down the best dish you will eat this year. Nice creative touch with a split main and great wine pairings. Service fantastic, The only small remark is about the sommelier who seems a tat arrogant and uninterested as a 20 year old. But they all try their best for sure! In short: phenomenal. Michelin will be sleeping if this is not a star this year, so much better than Pikaar, Eden, Wiesen and even Da Vittorio*"". Vigor is amazing, this is the same level. With at least 10 years less experience as Randy and Lars I dare to say this is the best Brabant has to offer right now. The chef and hostess are just made for this, unbelievable! Go and be amazed!

Geweldig!!!

One of the best restaurant I have been to ! From food to service everything is well thought and executed. Real 1st class restaurant, every single dish is astonishing and a real experience. You get more to taste than what you order on the menu considering the amuse-bouche and the sweet surprises you get after dessert to end your experience. Portions are perfect, enough to enjoy but not too big so you can enjoy to the very last bite and can have a smooth digestion. The service is also excellent, which is rare enough to be highlighted. Chiel and Laura are outstanding professionals, they know how to cook and to serve ! Laura even spoke some French when my parents came , bravo ! My partner and I enjoy going to Le Sable several times a year to enjoy the atmosphere, the food and the service ! Definitely THE best restaurant in...
