Great little surprise at the end of a 10 km walk through the Dunes.
A little weird we were told to take a seat and that they come to take our order only to wait another 5-10 minutes – it was not busy. At all.
Ordered a flat white – as an aussie, this is my barometer for a good cafe. It was good. And they take cash.
Great view; nice, relaxed atmosphere; friendly staff; huge sandpit for kids to play in with toys provided – huge plus!
The only drawback was that the footstool in front of our lounge chairs was not actually a footstool. Shame. The non-footstool was a very comfortable footstool.
While the prices for coffee were a bit painful at almost 5 euros, sadly that’s pretty average these days. Very nice they included a little cookie with it though.

However, on our last visit, we were extremely shocked and disappointed by the behaviour of the owner. She shouted, threw a chair in anger, and made inappropriate remarks in front of my children, forcing me to walk along the road with a newborn and a screaming toddler. As a new mother - this was so upsetting and unprofessional, and clearly not the family environment...
