Grieks Restaurant Kreta — Restaurant in Velsen

I eat very bad, I even didn't eat main course but paid everything anyway even though I talked to the owner what is wrong, I only got bad excuses. I had the soup of the day which was not fresh, it came from a package mixed with water, it still had lumps! The Gambas were terrible, not fresh but frozen and cooked too long so the were like pulverised. The service also made mistakes with my order for drink, that order already took half an hour. We eat here a lot. The owner is very friendly and the service staff are long-time employees so they recognize you and chat a bit which is lovely. Shockingly bad service. No cutlery, no serviettes.... Asked for butter for bone dry old bread and was charged €3.75 extra. Food was mediocre. My meal was supposed to be stewed lamb with vegetables but what I got was stewed lamb with monster potatoes and a few beans drowned in Lenno juice.
