It's situated in the cellar of the hotel. I didn't like the style as the red decorated walls, carpets and so on doesn't fit at all. The food is good as well as the value for money is good. Ein sehr schönes Restaurant aufgeteilt in mehrere Bereiche. Wir saßen im Gewölbe, sehr angenehmnes Ambiente für ein Abendessen. Ich hatte mich für das Menu du Chef entschieden und wurde wirklich bestens versorgt. Nachdem schon das Amuse-Gueule geschmacklich hervorragend war durfte ich auch bei den drei Gängen meine Geschmacksknospen massieren. Es gibt Saisonales, in meinem Fall war dies der Spargel, der immer wieder Teil der wirklich ausgefallenen und den Ansprüchen moderner Küche entsprechenden Kreationen war. Alles war herrlich frisch und ausgewogen, das Lamm (Hauptgericht) auf den Punkt perfekt gegart und das Desert einfach lecker.
