Truckstop Venlo — Restaurant in Venlo

From the 4th of September, 2023 they have changed the conditions. It is not so good and it is complicated for understanding for the most drivers. And if before they had all tables reserved by clients here, so at present the restaurant is empty or half-empty. The prices are not for drivers from the Eastern Europe. Too, high. Especially when for example in Poland you can eat for 6-10€. It is very interesting that yesterday the parking and restaurant employees told me that I cannot pay for parking and for food in a restaurant with two different cards (a company bank card and my personal card), and payment is only possible, for example, with a company card for parking and my cash(!) money for food.

Today, another woman worked at the cash register, and she already allowed me to pay for parking and food in the restaurant with two different cards, what us much more better fir me and for many of drivers.

I would like to wish the restaurant and parking team to decide on the conditions and opportunities for customers and remove the confusion that exists now. And, of course, the ban on paying different bills with different cards is illogical and incomprehensible. Yesterday, it turns out, they lied to me. Prices: Before: 15.0€, later 16.5€ for parking for 24h. And the whole sum could be used for ordering food in the restaurant. If your food costed more than this sum, so you should pay for with your own money (if 16.5€ for the parking were paid by your company).

Now: 16.5€ for 24h of parking, and you cannot use this sum for restaurant, as it was before. If you decide to eat in the restaurant, so you pay for it separate with your money and you can just get the discount of 8.5€ if your food order is equal or more than for 16.5€. So I have payed 16.5€ for the parking + 16.25€ for the restaurant (incl.8.5€ discount).

1.70€ in an hour , I think it is when you stay less than 24h and your sum is less than 16.5€. So you can choose: for example 1.70€*11h or better to pay 16.5€ for 24h. And if stay just for some hours here and you order food for 16.5€, so you have 5h free for parking then.

Shower: 3€ for 6 minutes. It is enough to wash yourself and to wash clothes even. Because you can every time press the button "start/stop" there.

Food: as usual here. Fastfood:(. Not healthy, but not the worst variant. It is not a cool slavic kitchen, of course. Here in Europe (NL, B, D) the have not so good kitchen like in Belarus, the Ukraine, Lithuania, Russia or Poland etc.

Conclusion: except all situations one of the best parkings I gave ever seen in...

Już NIE POLECAM! Jestem drugi raz odkąd jest nowy budynek i poprzednim razem tłumaczyłam to złym dniem obsługi, ale niestety teraz było bardzo podobnie. Za pierwszym razem przyjechaliśmy tylko wsiąść prysznic i jakie było nasze zdziwienie że oprócz 3euro na prysznic trzeba zapłacić za parking dodatkowo. Wcześniej nigdy nam się to nie zdarzyło, kupując prysznice automatycznie skanowali tiketa, a teraz trzeba zapłacić dodatkowo za 1 godzinę! Nie dość że i tak zarabiacie na prysznicu to zdzieracie jeszcze za miejsce a i tak nawet nie trwa to 20minut. Zajezdzasz kupić tylko sałatkę MUSISZ ZAPŁACIĆ. Twój plan pracy się zmieni i musisz wyjechać, a stoisz chwilke MUSISZ ZAPŁACIĆ. NIE MA nawet 15minut ZA DARMO. Nie znalazłam nawet na wjeździe tablicy o tym informującej. BARDZO SŁABO.

Dodatkowo niska Pani w krótkich włosach z łaską nas obsłużyła, jak już poczekaliśmy swoje bo akurat musiała układać serwetki.

Już na samym wejściu wchodząc czuje się obserwowana jakbym miała coś zaraz ukraść albo była trędowata 🫣

Przy obsłudze w restauracji niska Pani w włosach związanych w kitkę i okularach robi miny i fuka pod nosem kiedy jest zniesmaczona,niezadowolona,nie rozumie itp czyli cały czas. Zamówiliśmy 2 takie same dania, po czym przyszło tylko 1, twierdząc że musieliśmy zamówić tylko 1 (mimo że jesteśmy kierowcami potrafimy powiedzieć "dwa"...). Dziwne tylko było że do Holendrów Pani była niezwykle uprzejma... Stosunek ceny do ilości/jakości posiłków też spadł niestety, jeżeli ktoś pamięta jak było wcześniej ten wie nawet biorąc na miejscu 👎🥗

Dodatkowo zaobserwowałam jakie obie Panie mają niezadowolenie jak ktoś poprostu nie wie przy której ladzie ma stanąć, kupić coś jeżeli jest tu pierwszy raz i nawet tego nie ukrywają tylko robią miny,przeganiają przez fałszywy uśmiech. Wcześniej w starym budynku bywałam naprawdę tutaj często i nie dało się tego odczuć.

Ja rozumiem że kierowcy są różni ale serio tak traktować wszystkich jedną miarą? Czy wy też jesteście tak obsługiwani w sklepie/w banku/ u lekarza jak gorsi ? Tak naprawdę jakby nie Ci kierowcy to nie mielibyście pracy. I nie chodzi o wdzięczność bo wy jesteście dla nas, a my dla was ale o POSZANOWANIE DRUGIEGO CZŁOWIEKA ( jeśli niczym nie zasłużył na takie poniżające traktowanie). Przydałoby się trochę refleksji. Wstydź się TRUCKSTOP VENLO.

Dodatkowo brak miejsc wyznaczonych dla CHŁODNI, nikt tego nie pilnuje, a tyle osob tam pracuje... Nie każdy lubi spać i słuchać frigo. Bo co z tego że ja stanę pomiędzy firankami, jedno auto pojedzie i zastąpi go frigo, mimo że miejsca na końcu parkingu jest dużo i tam mogłyby stać 🫣

W nowych prysznicach nie widać ile jeszcze czasu zostało (jedynie pulsacyjnie 3x woda przerywa) Nie ma możliwości wymienić opłaty parkingowej na żeton na prysznic/pralkę ( a niestety nie każdy ma ochotę za każdym razem jeść)...

Very good parking space, also shower (3€/5min) toalet washing machine (9€ wash and dry) are available , food is average,spare ribs are good (21€) but coca cola is drafted in glass almost without taste, the biggest problem are ladies that works over there, they pretend to be English teachers everytime you need to repeat them what do you want, like oh your English is so bad i cant understand you, or just speak Holand and you can fu.c yourself, another bad thing or situation happened when my friend told her i am ok i dont want to drink nothing she told him YOU CAN'T SEAT HERE IF YOU DON'T DRINK NOTHING, when you take you laundry from drying machine and you want to make it fine in the bag that lady stand above your head and tell me to hurry up... few things that were first...
