McDonald's — Restaurant in Venray

Was using the drive thru as i went home from office. Thought I'll grab a bite as I had something to celebrate. Wait was a bit long but to be expected when it's around lunchtime. However, when it seemingly was my turn in the drive thru I was waiting for about 10-15 minutes while all I had ordered was a milkshake and a mc spicy. When my food arrived they passed it through the window and before I could even ask about the milkshake they closed the window. Another 5-10 minutes go by and then i get asked to "please drive away" it seemed to me like they gestured to the waiting spots. It seemed a bit weird to me as I was just waiting for a milkshake so I complied and went there. Then after another few minutes got an explanation that i shouldn't eat/sit in that spot (all this time I didn't even take the burger out of the bag) and then I finally clarified that I was still waiting for the remainder of my order (1 of 2 items). I'm guessing they were a bit rushed but still said a quick "sorry" after all that. I can't blame the employees involved as for as far as I see they were too young in my opinion to be able to handle the rushed stress of a packed fast food chain. The food is good, but the service is not up to par.

We ordered a couple of menus, but unfortunately, they got our order all wrong at first - serving large instead of medium sizes. We had to state our full order a second time.

After that, the wait time was unexpectedly long - 20 minutes in the DRIVE-THROUGH. It was quite frustrating, and the overall service left much to be desired.

One noticeable issue was that all the people working there seemed to be about 13-15 years old; we didn't see any adults around.

Regarding the food, it's what you expect from a McDonald's - not great, but you do get a decent bang...

Just went there for quick drive meal, this Macdonald has to be shut down! During this hard virus outbreak, this Macdonald is making every body paying in cash, because the pin machine is broken. Next we look through the window and we could see the Macdonald staff talking to each others while making the burger and fries! Zero hygiene, they don't care about employees or people's health. That is sick making! I'm contacting the Macdonald head office next Monday to report this incident, if not fixed the same day, I will report this to the Rivm and will post the video of this scandal that I recorded today on YouTube.
