McDonald's — Restaurant in Vijfheerenlanden

Fries did not disappoint and there were plenty of veggie options to choose from. The advertised example of the burgers vs. the real-life delivery, however, left something to the imagination. Customer service was impeccable (and very flexible). Moreover, a glimpse into the kitchen revealed a klose-knit team. Unfortunately, we had just missed the sunset, but we had a lovely view on the highway instead. All and all would recommend this...

We stopped after a day at the Efteling. It was incredibly busy for a monday evening! Every one of the employees were working super hard to get the orders out!

Somehow our order got lost in the system - but one employee, Max, was really friendly and went to find out what happened and helped to quickly correct it.

Returned a quarter pounder, it was inedible. Tasted very chemically. Salad had large lettuce stems in it.

They apologised and acknowledged it was very wrong. I chose to replace the quarter pounder with fries as I don't trust the burgers here anymore. Didn't get paid the difference in cost back until after I insisted on it.
