McDonald's — Restaurant in Vlaardingen

If I could give no stars I would Rubbish staff Didn't get any food as so.e sort of machine failure in the kitchen. Paid by card on touch machine when food didn't arrive went to enquire.staff unsure ad to what was happening. Finally got a refund 35 mins later in cash. Manager involved and didn't know how to handle angry customers or the situation. When left to leave found the doors locked went to enquire as to how to get out and was told staff member who had the keys to door had left to go home. Had to leave by emergency exit. Wasted 1hr 20 mins of my life. Once again most rubbish staff I gave ever encountered anywhere ever . Don't go...

The store is next to a gas station and the highway. It has a small outside place to eat, and some more room inside.

The ordering can be done via a touch screen with a PIN station that also accepts NFC connections. It is almost as if the working staff wants you to use the terminals instead of the regular ordering station.

After ordering, the staff will bring you the food. Here they barely make eye contact or say something. I guess there is room for improvement.

The food was good for the pricing level.

They have the music really loud, with disco music by 10:30 my food came at 11:15 they forgote food came cold. A girl's that worke here said that she concentrate with music where she couldn't even hear me.the music was never put down and it's was noise from and alarm , they were running to make thedrive trough ready but the poepel sitting...
