Bakker Bart — Restaurant in Wageningen

First off, we orderd 2 sandwitches. We were the only customers at the moment but it still took about 10 minutes. When we got, the order was mixed up. I orderd one sandwich with tomato, but I got cucumber instead. She didn't mention the cucumber when she brought the order, which could have ended badly if i was allergic. She also got the customizations mixed up and didn't admit her mistake when we told her. After another almost 10 minutes we got our coffee without the coffee basically. It was pure milkfoam, no expresso, it was pure white. She was very adamant that there was coffe in it when we asked about it. I have worked in hospitality services for 5 years, i know when there is no coffee in my coffee. There was no emotion in the workers action and words. Not nice at all. When she told us they were closing they were very blunt. A big no for me, could use a lot of work on the employee part.

It took me 35 mins to get my bread. Sure maybe due to the busyness. But then I wanted to make a menu with bread and drink, which is 7,5 euro. And I asked if it is possible to add one extra euro to get the baguette instead, the price suddenly went up to 10,5 euro. And the whole communication was awful. Ik vind deze zaak in Wageningen niet fijn. Je bestelt bij de één en de andere maakt het dat vind ik al onlogisch want het word elke keer ook verkeerd doorgegeven. En ik had wat aanpassingen en je zag gewoon dat ze mij niet op prijs stelde. Wat ook raar is is dat ik in Groesbeek bij bakker Bart was en daar een heerlijk hetzelfde broodje heb gegeten namelijk met kippendij en was mals vlees en broodje heerlijk knapperig door in de oven te doen maar deze in Wageningen heb ik voor de helft opgegeten want het vlees was droog en het broodje taai en zij doen het niet automatisch in de oven. Jammer maar dit is de tweede keer dat ik ben geweest en ga nooit meer want voor zoveel geld voor een broodje verwacht je toch echt iets lekkers. Mijn man had trouwens een ander broodje maar vlees ook niet mals en broodje taai en dus ook maar de helft opgegeten. Gelukkig in Groesbeek waar we vaker komen is het wel heel oké dus...
