My girlfriend and I stayed in Ilpendam for a few days over the summer. Its a lovely little village 15 minutes outside of Amsterdam. This restraunt was where we had coffee every morning before catching the bus into town. Its a local spot for sure and they will know you are from out of town and they will make you feel welcome. The pancakes with apples were a bit too bland and oily, so wouldn't recommend that one. Overall, it's a great place, especially...
