Burger King — Restaurant in Weert

First and the last time ! This is the only burguer king that it looks like abandoned, I arrived with my boyfriend and the first impression is that futebol team as invaded the place, food and trash every were! Ok lunch time right? People are busy right? Oh well is 16.15 and all team is in the front of the balcony talking, hitting each other, making funny off clients when they turn the back! With my order they messed up two times, I don't eat onion , first came cold all the ingredients,went back then came with onion! And the blond girl that was in the cashier says that is my fault because we didnt said. So if at first came without onion and you will do again because is could, you just have to do again and even the burguer had the paper saying 'No onion'. I ask my money back, yes I speak english because im not confortable talking dutch and imediatly I hear them talking bad and swering because of my request and incentivat the person in the cashier to give me less money. Manager was busy and didnt show up. In a team of 7 only 3 was serious. Is horrible and kids dont have no education...

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever visited.... if not the worst fast food joint ever... Just one moody guy at the counter, who seems like he couldn't care less about life. Usually the staff asks you follow-up questions on what sauces you want with it or what drinks. Here the personel just looks at you and waits for input, as if you are talking to a robot. This all resulted in us not gettings any sauce with the fries. When I went to ask whether this was normal, the guy just shouted: Number 22!!!!! Very helpful. Table cleaning clearly needs to be done buy the customers themselves. As a bonus you can use the extremely smelly restrooms for 70 cents. Hand dryers busted and just a roll of paper to dry your hands... I refrained from touching it. This place is worse than the freeway pedestrian underpass... Yuck! Will never make a...

I'm forgiving as I am a fan of the King... yet this time they made an effort to have me walk out to the Mickey's 20min down the road. Granted it was extremely busy and these are special times. That does not excuse; losing our order after us asking once 25min had passed taking almost another 10 minutes to find our order and bring it to us presenting a surprised 'I can't help it' when I unpack and tell them everything is cold. taking another 6minutes to replace the order surplus additional fries and burgers (thrown out we're two not four people) when finally presented with our order: "apologies once more, have a good evening" these were the first words after a back and forth of whether I really wanted the order anew..

Maybe next time I'll save myself the risk and take the additional 20min drive...
