Landgoed Het Rheins — Restaurant in Wierden

This is an AMAZING place! For adults and for kids as well. We have played minigolf with the kids, and they found it really nice and interesting, first you have to walk in and pay for that then you will be allowed to spend the whole day playing without end time. You can also take a pause and go to see the other part of the place. There are also animals were the kids see and play with, also there is a nice playground for them, with picinck tables aside. And what really nice about this place that you can actually just pay for the intree (in case ypu don't want to play minigolf) and you are Allowed to bring food and drink with you and eat it there if you don't wanna buy it their, how nice is that? There are also so many walking routes starting at this point in different distances. It's a beautiful area with so many water and green around. I really recommend everyone...

The perfect romantic get away restaurant. Great ambience in the restaurant, they even have a separate winter garden.The menu self is simple, with not a lot of choice, but the prices are very reasonable and that ofcourse is always welcome. The dishes we ordered were nicely presented and the portions were plentiful. Also a nice gesture of the staff was that we were able to order a dessert with 2 spoons, that was not on the menu. Gisteren hadden wij iets te vieren, en omdat we hier een aantal weken geleden een heerlijke lunch hebben gehad ,hadden we het idee om hier terug te komen voor het diner. Voor ons een pittig stukje rijden vanuit noord holland, maar als het ergens goed is hebben we dat er graag voor over. Wat een teleurstelling is dit geworden!! In het voorste gedeelte(overdekte terras ) was een condoleance dus daar konden we niet zitten, dus dan maar binnen, het enigste tafeltje ( toen nog tot onze verbazing) De soep van de dag die aangeprezen werd was er nog maar voor 1 persoon ( dus duidelijk niet van die dag) De bloemkool "steak " was zo'n 4 x 7 cm groot, een klein hapje ..en op de kaart stond dat élk gerecht werd geserveerd met frites en salade, dit bleek één klein schaaltje van elk te zijn, en daar moesten we met zijn 2en van eten! Voor het hapje bloemkool moesten we maar liefst 19.50 euro betalen, en toen we aangaven dat dat echt héél erg weinig was, zeker voor dat geld, kwam er niet eens een terugkoppeling op, niet van de kok als van de soort van bedrijfsleider die er rondliep, zelfs de cappucino achteraf werd niet aangeboden..te triest voor woorden, het enige wat goed was was het meisje wat de drankjes bracht, erg vriendelijk. Wij begrijpen nu waarom het zo rustig was, ook ons zie je hier zeker niet...
