CELIAC<< Although I tried 3 times/ways to make the staff aware of my daughter's health issue, (1st by calling in advance and asking about the "gluten-free/celiac" policy to which I got confirmation that they cook separately with gluten-free products, 2nd by adding a "remark" when I did the online reservation, and 3rd to the personal (hostess and waiter who TOOK the order) the waiter that BROUGHT the food did not have a clue about this.

We asked her "Which is the gluten-free pancake?" "I don't know" "Well can you check/ask" "ah, yes, I will ask"

minutes later she came with the gluten-free pancake and we asked "Can you please confirm if the chocolate sauce is gluten-free?" Visible bothered by our inquiries, we got the same answer: "I don't know" at this point, I got fed up and asked her "Do you even work here?" and took the sauce and went to the kitchen. One of the cooks pointed me to the person in charge of that day, who checked and confirmed (that the chocolate sauce was gluten-free).

quality of service<< Desert first, savoury food after: my son got the Nutella pancake first and minutes later the "toasty", which we refused at that point. Avalanche-style food delivery to the table: adults were served before kids. We were still debating with one waiter about the Gluten-Free fiasco for a child, while another waiter was already bringing food for the adults. Aggressive up-selling: I was nearly at half of my beer, and already asked if I wanted another.

cost<< It's quite an expensive establishment, we were fine with the price tag if not for all the disappointments mentioned above. I feel we paid a lot and did not get any service.
