Terrible experience here, don’t often leave a review but was incredibly disappointed in this service. I went through the drive through, waited about 20 minutes at the paying window as the eftpos went down. Took 4 staff members to sort this, without any actual communication at the time and the drive through line becoming longer. When payment was finally through, my food had been sitting on the bench for a good 10 minutes. I questioned how hot my food would be. The staff member reassured me and said it will still be hot. Finally get my order and make my way home. As I am driving I reach in for some chips and they were extremely cold. I then looked at my wrap and instead of cheese like I had asked, I was given chicken. I tried to phone and left a message, however know one got back to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OFF UBER OR DOORDASH! I have read many reviews that have stated the same thing regarding online orders- they do not give you everything you have paid for and then refuse to provide a solution or defend for missing items. Very disappointed. I have always loved Taco Bell but would not recommend this one to anyone. We paid over $45 for food (some of which we did not even get) and when we asked for a refund for the missing items that we paid for, the guy on the phone said that it’s “not possible” and that “next time you come we will give you free chips”. How could someone even honour this? Anyone could go around saying “you owe me free chips”. This is disgusting that a company can take someone’s money and refuse to provide a refund when their service is...

I recently visited Taco Bell at Christchurch Airport, and it was a swift and satisfying experience. The staff was efficient, and surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded when I visited.

I would have given it a full five stars, but there was a minor hiccup with my order. They initially missed including my taco in the Big Bell Box. However, I must say, they quickly resolved the issue when I brought it to their attention, and I got my taco. It's a reminder that people make mistakes, and it didn't ruin the overall experience.
