Have had the best experience of food and service here the guy was just too good at work. Have always wanted to try this place. So we tried food here is amazing if u love kebabs a must place for everyone. 10/10 💯 percent recommend. All my family members just loved the food shawarma wrap is the best also we tried fried chicken sliders which were amazing and the souvlakis are the best in Christchurch also we tried the chicken wings 10/10 love the sauces which the guy recommended I think was sweet chilli homemade garlic sauce and bbq sauce the combination is elit. They have a very good menu and options to choose from garlic bread and fried chicken bites was sides we choose. This will definitely be our always going kebab place. We tried so many kebabs in Christchurch but to be honest we loved this place. And that is why I can understand with so good ratings and review. We are locals here and definitely love to support a business who put so much efforts into work in providing the best food and service only 2 people were working today and they were really busy we were happy to wait as we were told it will be gonna long wait we waited for half an hour and our wait was worth after getting the wonderful cooked meals. The meat was so tender and perfectly cooked the breads were just perfect. We had the best fried chicken in Christchurch So far my mum already recommended to many of her friends after having food from here. Christchurch people if you haven’t tried the kiwi kebab yet.make sure to give them a visit and try their delicious wraps kebabs wings and so much to choose from. This place have been started a year back but we have t tried first time trying today and so much happy we got to know this place. Very good place to get dinner from not sure they do lunch they also do vegetarian option falafel. Me and my family went there tonight heard about it from TikTok and cause it was around the corner we thought may as well go check it out, totally worth it. The lady who served us was very patient with us as we all ordered separately (between 4-5 people) most of us got the meat on chips me being one of them I got a double size which was so massive but the flavors were superb and I got the crispy wings all I can say is they already made it on my top 5 list for the best wings, don’t even get me started on the brownie I had for dessert I don’t know about my sisters but having it heated made it all the more delicious so very chocolate-y the ice cream was definitely the cherry on top. We decided to eat inside and it was very accomodating as we are quite big people but we all fit also food came out pretty quickly which was nice cause we were really hungry. Supporting small genuine business with legit good food brings me joy. This is my first meat on chips review and rightfully so. But the yum don’t end there. The chicken sliders was heavenly. The chef definitely knows how to sauce the dishes right. Gave perfect and authentic personality to the meat and chips dish. The last time we had something so authentic was when we dined in Saudi.

The Kiwi Kebab is nestled in a quiet residential area in Hoon Hay. This means there are heaps for parking.

There was no one on the queue but our food took over 10 minutes to arrive. You read me right. They were so popular over Uber & Door Dash, I hear a ring for food order every 5 minutes. Despite the chaos, the husband and wife team strived to attend to us as swiftly as they could, ensuring food was warm & well presented upon serving. So the 10 minutes wait over the busy order line was no wait at all. (And they checked our dietary restrictions during ordering).
