First time dining here - would’ve appreciated being told the wait for food was going to be over 30 mins -we were there with 3 under 3s. Was disappointed my daughter ordered an mnm brownie for her little one only to have the server literally give it to someone else I saw this and when asked when my grand daughter was getting hers saying oh I will give you a refund as she gave that last one away- unsure why the cashier girls where serving cabinet food straight away to everyone else except us. Anyway they found one in a container and said they will bring it over - they didn’t had to go back and ask for it the 3rd time, the servers don’t seem organised and it was a very stressful experience. Food came out all different times. Twice we had the wrong order come to our tables the servers looking confused.Had to go up a few times to ask for our drinks. Food - 4/5 Just another regular cafe food. Good amount of serving for the price you pay. I just wish they have a big breakfast for one person as they only have that’s good for two. The strawberry thick shake was really nice, good amount of sweetness and thickness.

Service - 3/5 We asked for ketchup for the chips, guy at the counter said they charge for it. How ridiculous! They should give an option if you want mayo or ketchup on your chips. Isn’t ketchup a classic condiment to pair with chips??? They also served my partner’s drinks and food together with my eggs benny, but my milkshake was nowhere to be seen. We had to follow up for it to be made.

Ambiance - 5/5 Good interior, cozy vibes. Comy chairs inside with different options, there’s outside seating too. You can bring your dogs and sit outside. Nice for a family...

Sadly, this is the one & only time I had a negative experience - as I have been several times before & enjoyed those dining experiences. On this day I bought my son for his birthday breakfast, it was the most overpriced for the quality of food our family of 4 have ever had. The 3 most disappointing dishes we had were: the $16 salmon bagel (my son said looked like a 9 year old made it) the $22 breakfast burger(that looked the size of a small big Mac) the french toast(my other son said he tasted no egg & it was soaked in golden syrup & burnt)....
