KFC — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

I have lost count of the number of times items have been missing from the order that last year I stopped going there. This year I had some coupons in the mail one of which was 5 pieces for $10.00. It was a decent deal so I decided to give them another go.

1st visit I had no problems so a few days later I went back as I still had some decent coupons. 2nd time. No problems. 3rd time; here we go again. I got the Zinger date for $15.90 and when I got home I found both of the regular chips were missing. I tried ringing them up and the phone rang and rang and then cut off.

On the receipt there was a web address for feedback. I filled it in and there was a option if I wanted a manager to call me about my bad experience. I selected YES. A week later I am STILL WAITING!

Well I had given them another chance and they blew it. I am NEVER going back to this...

Don't bother ordering delivery from Te Atatu. We ordered about 5.30pm and ETA was advised to be 6.15pm. It arrived an hour later, i.e. 1 3/4 hours after ordering! We tried multiple times to ring the store to find out where our delivery was or at least cancel it so we could order dinner elsewhere that would deliver in a timely manner, but Te Atatu KFC's phone either went straight to an engaged signal or wasn't answered. Very very frustrating. I was about to ring my credit card company to cancel it that way, when they turned up at the door. I could have walked there faster! Complained to KFC head office but no reply at all. Useless!! Never again. Unless you want to experience ridiculous wait times too, I would not recommend ordering...

Got the Gimme 5 deal yesterday at approx 3pm and started eating it 5 min after purchasing it. All of the chicken pieces were very greasy and all the white meat pieces were dry and overcooked. This has happened a few times at this store but I go there as I live 5 min away. The thigh and drumstick pieces were cooked moist but greasy. I spoke with the manager today who suggested that I must've reheated it and eaten it much later. He stated that I should've complained right away but I hadn't as I was late going to sleep as I work shifts. He kindly said he would replace the two pieces I still had but I declined.
