I too have had negative experiences at this place just like the guy that had mould on his bread my meal wasn't fresh at all so I can definitely relate I had a head office manager from that store call me and look into the matters but never got a call back so they were always get a negative star that place should be shut down because of how food and safety not to mention I was promised voucher to replace my order with hopefully a fresh meal but never got it shame on them.

Complaint: a letter about te atatu Wendy's:
I called up Wendy's in Te atatu requiring a little information on the prices it was 11:00pm at night a rude manager ashika answered the phone after not picking it up the first time she hung up on me once then second time she answered I was asking about prices so I could gather the amount of my mate that I needed yet i was left guessing. ashika manager said look on online which I already was doing although it is not clear it just has the price of the burger and not the combos which is why I was ringing up to find out.
she started getting conclusions thinking I was ordering I told her several times that I wasn't ordering over the phone I needed to get some prices to get the amount that I needed she's either deaf or stupid.
Like I said manager ashika was very rude she started arguing with me and I asked is there anyone else that can help me she said no she was the only one there when i turn up at the store at a 11 something pm there was a whole team there so she also lied ashika told me it was busy so she also said i can't help you hung up on me again she was useless i won't be eating from Wendy's again the customer service is poor and shocking over the phone the stuff at the window she was great but ashika the manager was terrible apparently coming from a staff member she been working
there for 16 years that's disgusting the way she treats her customers regardless if it's in the store or over the phone!
The food was not fresh either the letters was half ok and half bad the tomato was not fresh the meat Patty's were dry and cold not enjoyable on my burger the chips were soggy like it had been sitting there for a while in the chips suspenser everything else was okay which literally that was just hot chilli.
I used to be a crew trainer at McDonald's i expect to see managers being at their high most professional that's well mannered not like last night seeing unprofessional manager acting in such ways they are also showing there stuff a bad example on how to behave.

Read moreIn the drive through today the lady serving my friend and I asked us for out order, and literally after every item we said she would ask "Is that it?" and not in the usual polite way, but in a way that was aggressive and frankly just rude. We proceeded with our order, saying what we wanted and multiple times at that. We then get to the next window only to find that she didn't do our order properly, so then we had to pay a second time for the food we asked for in the first place, and again she rushes us when we go to pay with paywave, she takes the machine away too fast and goes "again" rudely, and honestly her impatience made me impatient and frustrated. Come home to find that some of the servings we were given were significantly smaller than usual. This is not against Wendys but against the lady middle aged indian lady with glasses who I presume to be the manager that served us, and its not an attack either, obviously Im frustrated but I hope you take this as constructive criticism. Read moreThe last few times I have visited this place the service has gone downhill so much, as well as the quality of food. The second to last time I pulled through even though the eftpos said accepted they made me pay again saying the machine didn't take the money and had to pay again to receive the food. Checked my statement it had taken the money twice. Took 5 days to receive the refund with a lot of effort on my part. So never returned until Wednesday night when it was the only takeaway open went through to get my boys dinner. I was asked at 3 different times over the order what flavour one of the drinks were. When I drove to the window the lady was swearing under her breathe about something. Wasn't friendly and when the frosty was the wrong flavour (that my boys won't eat, and not what I asked for) she visibly rolled her eyes when I mentioned to her to swap flavours.
