Domino's Pizza Strathern — Restaurant in Invercargill City

Really dissapointed with our experiance here. We ordered two burger pizzas, both turned up without the sauce, both soggy and undercooked and not really alot of topping.

I called the shop for replacement pizzas as on the box it says they will replace or refund if unhappy with the order.

Their answer was "I will send someone around with the sauce"

I said no as out pizzas would then be cold AND still undercooked.

The next solution was to send a free drink along with the burger sauce.

I just want the pizzas remade ot my money back. After alot of back and forth to the manager the manager came on the phone to ask what the problem was so I again explained it to him. He reluctantly asked if I want my money back or pizzas. I asked for the pizzas. He then demanded, we must give the pizzas back to the driver to receive the new ones.

Obviously this is fine, but it was demanded very rudely.

Awful experiance.

New pizzas just turned up, and the driver (possibly manager) was extremely rude.

Update...pizzas were slightly Luke warm. We live 2 mins drive from the store and it took 40 minutes to deliver. Assuming they were sitting there for 30 minutes before delivered.

ordered two pizzas then they didnt deliver them then i rang again come an hour later i said the pizza is not fresh and told them an hour if you are busy you have to tell your customers then they took them back said they would make a reorder i rang another half hour later they never made it then the indian put on a smart arse nzer that said it was fresh after and hour and a half he said i tested the temp its still fresh i told him if i cook you tea leave it in the oven for a hour and a half is it still fresh 2 hours later the manager said he would make new pizzas i really want to know how this place is still running or someone hasnt gone down there with the way they talked back got smart...

Friendly staff, but pizzas are bad! I am not surprised because all pizzas are bad across New Zealand. I have experienced good Dominos pizzas at Singapore, Japan, Italy, India and Sri Lanka. (UK also bad) and had excellent quality, and more ingredients. Probably staff hate their jobs and just want to finish the shift and go home. I think fault is with the management. and need periodic audits and quality inspections. A good pizza is a not just a pinch of meat, sauce, cheese, if you have eaten from the locations I mentioned above you know what I meant.
