Extremely annoyed at the lack of action taken my higher Management in the Mc Donald’s company.
I wasn’t going to complain although after dealing with someone that I am going to assume is the male Manager over the phone tonight and having him explain that if I wasn’t going to come in tonight to get my missing burger and the drinks that were only 3 quarters full sorted that I could email the details through as I wouldn’t be dealt with by the staff personally if I came in the next day (tomorrow)and as he would advise not coming in given that the queue was quite a wait as I had just experienced.
The manager decided to explain the reason why they wouldn’t deal with me personally due to the amount of Freud and people lying about their orders being short. Emailing also gives them time to review my car registration, what time I came through, who served me and if the burger was actually placed into the bag or that the drinks were full.
He said I could email through the details but no where on the receipt does it state the email address or on the website except giving a review or downloading the app. So here I am leaving my review.
So while I am extremely angry now the service was shocking and the assumption that everyone is ripping them off is frustrating given that I was being nice when I pointed out that the drinks weren’t full when my order was given to me while in the waiting zone past the last window. I then get asked if I wanted them topped up by the young girl who then said “But if I top it up it might taste awful “. I laughed as it was a strange thing to say and then I said I didn’t want to wait as I had waited long enough and it was okay also as this young girl had to walk back to the store.
But the one thing that causes me to be extremely annoyed is the fact that majority of the reviews on this site are negative and about missing parts of orders etc. Higher Management at head office or the regional manager is not reviewing these Concerns and reprimanding the Management for lack of coaching of there staff and also his lack of customer service. What is the point of having reviews when nothing has changed and you continue to rip people of which is Freud in its self. So Manager who is defrauding it’s customers now, I am not like everyone including yourself Manager that is committing Freud by ripping off law abiding citizens like me.

It was a disappointing experience that I would not like to repeat. The staff members ( LADY COULDN'T CATCH HER NAME) at the drive-through window was not providing the level of customer service and was very rude knowing she made a error in the order. She made me checked my order twice not believing its missing a item which i paid for. Finally after the third check she realised actually the item was missing. Plus touching all the food bare hands.She was not friendly or efficient which made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I understand that fastfood restaurants can be busy but that is not an excuse for poor customer service. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and kindness regardless of how busy the restaurant is.Moreover there were missing items from my order which added to my disappointment. It is the responsibility of the staff to ensure that the orders are accurate and complete before handing them over to customers. The fact that items were missing from my order shows a lack of attention to detail which is not acceptable in any business.Overall I was disappointed with my experience at McDonald's tonight. The poor customer service and missing items from my order left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I definitely won't be ordering uber eats as they forgot a whole as Happy Meal & it was too late to contact the uber driver as the order was gone from the app. I tried McDs on FB but was given an automated reply, I called their store 10x every 30 minutes to no answer (is your phone on silent???) and then gave up. Lastly I sent an email via the website as I was not up for ordering again to have something missing. Even their drive thru is shocking. 1. Hire & train staff more competently to be able to properly pack orders 2. Hire people who know what real customer service is, especially if you are front of staff. Monotone people should not apply nor ones with bad attitudes (they should stay in the kitchen) 3. Stop making us park and wait for an order just because you want to beat the timing system against other McDonald's and can't keep up with orders. 4. Get better Managers obviously nothing has changed over the years and its just gone downhill and nothing is being done. Maybe you could learn something from Wendy's as even when they are busy they are still able to get orders out fast and I've never had any missing items yet with them and a bonus their drinks are the largest of all franchise takeaways.
