Butcharts' Home Cookery — Restaurant in North Island

About 40 years ago I use to deviate slightly on the way to school to get a raspberry special, not every day but at least a couple a week.

Back to NZ on holiday I was showing my wife around Wanganui when I saw Butcharts and decided to pop in. I don't think the place has changed in all that time. But even better my raspberry special hasn't either, although it could be bigger than it was which is weird as things tend to be smaller than what your remember them to be.
