Fantastic service and delicious food! We ordered and had our starters straight away. The mains were out in great time too and tasted great! The food tasted amazing and we all agreed we’ll be back. The little playground is a great addition and kept the kids entertained so we could relax but keep an eye on them.

Great place. We had the aged rib-eye. Delicious with good beer. What a fun place. Great for just a beer, some mulled wine, pub food, fine dining, or events. I hope they decide to host a little festival someday.

4 of us had a fabulous meal here. I had Steak and requested it Med/ Rare....it was perfectly cooked. Only downfall is a 35 dollar steak meal consisted of a 'bit of salad' / slaw and Steak. I requested a 'Salad' as I felt it wasn't a well packaged Meal for that price. To my disappointment my "Salad' was a big pile of lettuce and dressing. A salad for me is not just lettuce and dressing. I expect at least some other veges - tomatoes, cucumbers carrots.. minimum. I'd def go back tho...the next time I'll be more specific about what a salad is!

The Menu was really good with some very nice meals and kids options as well. Just one point to mention here - obviously Kiwis and Fish and Chips go hand in hand so these were ordered. Our group naturally expected Battered. I asked the question up front having Hospitality experience to be told they were in fact crumbed, commercially produced and cooked from frozen. That's ok except there should be information on the Menu referring to Crumbed so those who aren't as discerning don't order the Meal assuming it'll be beloved battered fish 😉 to find it's not freshly battered fish.

Overall a great place with loads of room for Groups in 3 or 4 dufferent settings. We enjoyed our Meals in a relaxed setting and felt no need to rush. Great Saturday in the...

Honestly the food/menu options used to be alot better, but it was alright. I had heard that from a few different people but we were headed past so gave it a go. Mum didn't order anything as they didn't really have many gluten free options that took her fancy. I love the fact it's got an outside play area (although could get rid of the broken toys, I'm sure plenty locals would be happy to donate some replacements) so anyway it's great for families, except for the area not being smoke free. I feel like an area with a play equipment for young children should absolutely be smoke free. There are other outdoor areas people could smoke. Would also love for the chicken mango burger to come back to the menu that...

My family and I came for lunch today..... All seemed fine till the food arrived. My daughter wasn't happy with her Asian Curry. I tried it and agreed, it didn't taste quite right.... So I walked up to the counter with the curry in hand and spoke to a nice young lady. I explained that I thought it tasted like packet curry. I then went to sit back down and continue on with my lunch. A gentleman came to our table in a rather intrusive manner, who was clearly offended with my comment. My daughter felt embarrassed by the whole situation and insisted that she will pay for it, which she did. OKAY, I just want to say we felt you were very intimidating and were extremely uncomfortable my...
