A group of us came over from a service at the cemetery. Everyone ordered their food and drinks with no issues and was all paid for by one of our group. There was 9 of us. Unfortunately after everyone except 1 person had received their meal, the waitress who was also the same staff member who took our individual food orders, came out and said that this last persons food order wasn't available as they had run out. She asked if our group member would like to select a similar food order that was available. A short time later, the new food order arrived at our table with the Waitress advising this was going to be an extra cost. This was paid for immediately, which interrupted this persons meal by having to leave our table and go up to the counter. This played out in front of all the customers, leaving me so embarrassed that I decided to leave. I phoned to speak to the manager but was told that ‘they’ were out and did not know when they would be in. I...
