Me and boyfriend stayed at Airbnb which was 10 mins away from Miranda Farm Shop.On Saturday morning we woke up craving coffee and this local place was the closest to us. The coffee was great ( though being spoiled by Auckland life, there was no syrups available,but alternative milks were there) so we grabbed 2 cups.We saw a lady spreading sugary paste over freshly baked cinnamon rolls and the smell was so amazing that we couldn't resist getting one.We sat outside on a bench and enjoyed every sip of a coffee and cinnamon roll was still warm.Once it was all gone we had to get another one with us so we can take it to the beach.You can also shop there for fresh eggs, homemade jams and vegies/ fruits.This atmosphere is charming and...
Read moreI honestly did not have a great experience here. The first younger woman with whom I ordered my coffee with was very nice. I explained to her that I had been camping and hadn't had wifi and my deadline to apply to university was today. So she kindly let me use the wifi and drink my coffee. I was there for maybe 35 minutes putting finishing touches of my application. Some other older woman asked "oh I hope you're not watching television over there" to which I explain my situation. Then 5 minutes later she asked "have you even order everything?" I felt very unwelcome even though I was a customer. I just had to apply to university and get some morning coffee.
