Excellent service, employees were welcoming and communicated throughout the service very well. Putt putt golf outside next to the eating area, along with a few games for the kids.

Sri lankan pork belly with rice 7.4/10 4 solid slices of pork belly, skin was chewy and didnt have that crackle texture. There was a couple tablespoons of liquid underneath the rice, assuming it came from the pork belly? Rice taste a bit sweet too. Overall if the skin was more crispy and the meat juice was removed it would of been alot better.

Fish and chips 7.9/10 Really decent bettered fish, going by the look it seems like a gurnard fillet. Nice portion of steak fries with a great tartare sauce. Was served with tomato sauce though.

Crispy chicken chilli salad 7.7/10 Nice mix of greens, chicken cooked very well. The peri peri sauce had heat, this would be for someone that love chilli sauce with their food.

Chicken burger 7.9/10 Chicken grilled well, bun was toasted perfectly. Steak fries same as fish and chips, correct portion. Needed a bit more relish.

Arrived and told to take a seat and someone would come over. No one came so went to order at counter after 10 minutes. Ordered big breakfast and 5 other meals. Big breakfast had 2 slices of tomato, 1 shrivelled up portabello mushroom and two tiny pieces of bacon, sausage, 2 hashbrowns and 2 pieces of dry bread. The sausage and bacon was almost inedible with all the salt on it. Went to look for a drink. There was three guys all wanting the same beer but there was only 1 beer in the fridge of the style we all liked. Just seems like management of site lacking. Near home so would like to visit again but wont take a group there agin as it was quite embarrasing. This is also not the first time I had a poor experience here but thought after the previous poor experience maybe it was a one off. Maybe just stick to coffee if you cant execute the rest of what...

Had high tea for Mother's 86th Birthday. The food was absolutely fantastic and one staff member was extremely accomodating.(offering to take photos for us, which was lovely) However, high tea was at 2pm on Sunday and a staff member was mopping the floor in and around our mother. We went to pay just after 3pm and it seemed that they had cashed up and that it was a pain that we wanted to pay. If the cafe was shutting soon, then when we walked in, we should have been told that they wanted payment, before we sat down. Just felt like we were a bit rushed, having booked a couple of weeks in advance, if it was going to be an issue, we should have been advised at the time. Working in customer service myself, I get that you have bad days, but the feeling we were left with, will make me think twice...
