Subway — Restaurant in North Island

Food is good as always. But this one experience...

I was working about 20 minutes north, so Subway was the closest eatery.

Anyways, I ordered my subway over the app so it's ready for pick up to maximise my smoko time. Ordered a sub and 2 cookies.

Grab my stuff, get back to site, and cool, they've forgotten my cookies. That's all good though, I didn't mind cos this stuff happens.

So I told the app feedback they forgot my cookies. I get an email a week later from the store manager saying it "slipped her mind" (who even says that to a customer c'mon).. and said if I make the trip back I can come back and get my cookies.

But wait hold up, I already went there and back. I don't wanna go back again just to get what I was already owed. At least offer a sub or something. It's not worth the petrol driving back just for 2 cookies that I already should have received. Just poorly...

Stopped by on our way through to Masterton. A rest stop filled with laughs, good food, and fresh vegetables. Katie and Katie were the nicest of Sandwich Artists.
