Fast Foods — Restaurant in Northland

Sent my partner here for fish and chips last week. The chips were undercooked and the fish was so brown, temp of oil too hot which burnt everything. Worse to come were the ordered muscles. 2 deep fried muscles which were so old, dried up and shrivelled they went straight in the bin, but not before showing to a passerby outside who said they were gross and wouldn't touch them. Partner went inside to complain and was simply told ' 2 muscles' over and over again. Maybe she didn't understand but he was aware how many he had but no effort made to replace them.. A favorite and convenient haunt of mine growing up just around the corner. The current owner's are friendly and have lifted the standards from the prior owner's.
