I would give it a 3 🌟 sorry.... I feel workers need more people's skill's and better customer service as well.... One staff who i saw two days in a row now, honestly needs to understand the health and safety working within.the food chamber industry... I did not like.how she did the ice cream and instead of waiting for the chocolate to kind of freeze she decides to push through with the customers ice cream even though all the chocolate has gone all.over her hand and allover the customers cone when there should had been a ice cream wrapper around it.... To me I would had been put off my ice cream...🤢 I don't appreciate it when the staff goes to.serve you and then a worker who is not.on duty decides to converse with the staff that is serving customer at the time while taking there order... Is bloody rude!! HONESTLY I DO RECOMMEND ALL YOUR STAFF TO BE RETRAINED OR ALEAST ASK THEM DO THEY WANNA WORK THERE??? MY DAUGHTER WAS WITH ME THAT DAY AND SHE WORKS AT BRITOMART MCDONALD'S THANKFULLY THE SERVICE THERE IS SPOT ON... SHE FELT LIKE ONE IF THE STAFF WHO SERVED US I THINK HAD HEARING PROBLEMS WHEN SHE HAD ASKED FOR OUR ORDERS 4 TIME'S AND STILL GOT IT WRONG OR MAYBE SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND OR SHE MAY HAD BEEN DEAF??🤷🏽🤦🏽 PLEASE FIX ALL ISSUES PLEASE... YOUR STAFF ARE ALL RUDE AND NEED TO SMILE AND LOOK TIDY WITH THERE WORK...

I visited the wellsford store this morning 8.30 ish the staff were pleasant. the food was ok. the premise was absolutely unhygienic. if i hadn’t ordered my food before trying to use the bathroom i would never have. i was too disgusted to eat the food! there had been no cleanup done at all from the night before, all of the tables and floor was covered in spilt food and rubbish . i was so disgusted at the toilets! The ladies toilets had faeces, blood, broken toilet roll holders, the sinks and walls were dirty with hair and other debri. the disabled toilet was all covered in faeces. the toilets were so bad that they were a health hazard and should have closed all the food services in the building. I got the number of the building manager from the gas station adjoining and rain Scot and made a complaint. The premises were so bad if a health officer had seen them . they would have closed the building. Clean up your act please! local and international people use these facilities- how embarrassing and...

Had a really bad experience, came in New Year’s Day, props to the staff working, because no one wants to work newyears so good on them for coming, unfortunately the attitude on the manager was really bad. The machines were not printing or showing numbers, so no one knew what number they were, and the staff were being rude to customers faces that they didn’t know what number they were. We tried to let them know that the machine wasn’t working and we were met with disgusting attitude. Behind the counter the staff were talking loudly about how bad the customers were etc. i understand it sucks working Jan 1st, so again, good on them, but you can still have even the tiniest bit of customer service and not act the way...
