Not one to post bad reviews usually but this place was very disappointing. We went a couple of times due to limited food options on holiday.

We phoned to make a dinner reservation for 7 people and were told they weren’t serving alcohol (even with dinner) due to losing their license. Then walked past and saw them serving alcohol (and later served us the same night). Very odd.

We then went for lunch and I asked if the beef burger came with fries. They served us a chicken burger “with no fries” and my friend halloumi that was off.

Then we went for dinner and they told us they were only serving bar snacks. They served full meals to people that came in after us and it took over 2hrs to serve us a bowl of fries and nuggets. When I raised it they just kept telling us it was “coming out”. Eventually requested a refund which was met with eye rolls and no apology.

A disappointing visit to be honest. Upon entry to the dining area we were met with a barren room at the back which left a lot to be desired. You would kill for some music or any form of ambience. An awkwardly placed stag head and a muted TV were less than desirable as i slouched on the ligneous chair.

Drinks and meals were ordered, but the mains came before the beverages! What on… Anyways. The burger I had was pretty good I can’t lie. However, as i was told by a less than cheery family member, her Kung pao chicken was clearly a microwave meal and the cauliflower was cold. Also my chips lacked any form of salt or crunch.

Came here for lunch and we ordered two salads. The French one with pear and venison, also the Asian one. Both incredibly disappointing. The venison one looked like someone had just chucked a few spinach leaves on the plate and splashed on the rest. It was quite bland and it didn't have much substance to it. A small amount of venison. The Asian salad that said it had noodles tossed through was pretty much 80% noodle and 20% vegetables. Very sweet, no real Asian flavour.
