Picasso's Restaurant — Restaurant in South Island

Used to go there fortnightly and sometimes weekly 4 a Friday lunch steak meal, and often didn't even have to say what I wanted as always the same, and same waitress, this time, sloppy waitress bought out a fry up meal instead of salad, and when I declined it as "this must be someone else's" she said "O we have changed the menu" ! And didn't bother telling me, saying she forgot,

I hope no 1 gets a pizza instead of a burger, cause it appears they serve up anything they like

She won't forget next time, cause I asked 4 a refund, and the $37 plate would have been binned.

Pity cause yrly I bought in $900 + and now give my money to someone else , Sloppy service... customers expect...

Went to Picasso's for a birthday treat and the meal was totally amazing, along with the fantastic service from the young ladies working that night. They could not do enough for us, making sure we had drinks, checking if there was anything we needed and all this along with a friendly smile and awesome attitude. Well done Tuesday night team,keep up...

Went to Picasso for my Birthday dinner to be told that there was 2 options unavailable. Every time we have come there is something unavailable. Hard to believe at 5.30pm that you can't have your choice due to they have run out. Not allowed to swap food options even if they are on the menu. ie have coleslaw and Buffalo chips instead of balsamic...
